Gougere: Paired with white wine or our signature White Lies cocktail, it is a French pastry puff that is filled with Gruyere souffle and Comte cheese garnishing.
Egg & Mayo: With a variation in traditionally devilled eggs this dish is topped with thick Comte cheese, crispy shallots, chives, and mayonnaise, best paired with a crisp 50/50 Gibson drink and is the ideal savoury treat.
French Fries: One cannot go wrong with French fries; our menu also offers an optional truffle upgrade that can be enjoyed alongside a bold Calvados Sazerac or a glass of Champagne.
Grilled King Prawns with Saffron Aioli: A rich Saffron Aioli combines with tender and smokey prawns to create the ideal harmony of taste and presentation. For the ultimate indulgence, pair it with a Champagne Piña Colada or a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc.
